ATTENDEE REQUIREMENTS
The College of Tao Shrine and Retreat Center in Southern Oregon is a small center nestled in serene pine woodlands. Originally Hua Ching Ni’s residence, the buildings have been renovated to include a shrine and accommodations for up to ten guests.
The Center is designed for existing Chi Health Institute instructors, Integral Way Mentors, and ITMI graduates who have completed Level 1 Entering the Tao: Integral Way Course for Spritual Self-Development
Furthermore, if you are a woman interested in a Sisters of the Integral Way retreat at the Center, you are, in addition to being a certified movement instructor or mentor, required to have participated in the Sisters online group for at least nine months. For information about the Sisters group contact Barbara Wolff, Group Facilitator, at sistersofuhw@gmail.com
Service is also an essential aspect of any retreat, and all retreat participants can expect to be involved in the giving of their energy and care to maintain the health and beauty of the buildings, gardens and environment. In this way, we can recognise more and more deeply how we are all interconnected, and how caring for other lives and things is, in reality, caring for ourselves.
Fulfilling the above requirements has both inner and outer benefits. Internally, we are encouraged to continually refine and expand our energies in order to directly recognise and live the natural subtle truth. Externally, we join a welcoming community of like-minded people who support our refinement, as well as our sharing of these teachings for the public benefit. In all, the stream of our lives is guided to wholly merge with the infinite ocean of Tao.
If you have any questions about these requirements, or about retreats at the Center, contact the Center Manager, Peter Stege, at pstege@hotmail.com
We look forward to meeting and sharing with you.
