I understand that "The Great Harvest of the Whole" is a no-device retreat except for English translation purposes and the property landline phone number will be given for emergency contact.

Room options for all Retreats

All Retreat prices include lodging which is either the main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is double occupancy, or in the barn which is 50 yards away from the house with no bathroom and 3 bedrooms and is single occupancy.

Please select your preference. We will try to fulfill your preference but there may be circumstances that prevent it. We appreciate your understanding.

Staying Extra Days

If you need to arrive early, stay late or stay between retreats the fee is $25 per day and 4 hours of work service per day

Cancellation policy for retreats

Refunds are as COT credit only towards other retreats or classes

4 weeks of more before selected Retreat start date:

Full credit less $25

2 to 4 weeks before selected Retreat start date:

50% towards COT credit less $25

2 weeks before selected Retreat start date:

25% towards COT credit less $25

Full balance due 2 weeks before start of each retreat

Once registration is complete, you will be emailed a more detailed information packet about the retreat.
