The Eight Treasures is an ancient and highly valued system of 32 gentle movements performed slowly, rhythmically and smoothly. They are considered a very important prerequisite for those who wish to learn Tai Chi as well as serving as a complete exercise unto itself and can be chosen as a lifetime practice.
