I will be arriving at MFR airport and will need a ride and notify retreat staff of specific times in advance of retreat.

I will arrive after 7 pm and understand that it may be too late for retreat staff to make the long trip to town and will need information on nearby overnight accommodations and will be picked up the next morning.

(There is a reasonable hotel within a 3 minute walk from

the airport.)

Cancellation policy for either retreat:

Before September 4: Full refund less $25 processing fee

Before Sept. 18: 50% refund less $25 processing fee

After Sept. 18: 25% refund less $25 processing fee

Deadline for balance due is Sept. 25.
