The Essential Mental and Spiritual Practice

All of us are aware that we have a mind

When most people of the world were struggling over the many different external beliefs and worship, the early Chinese were more introverted in their focus. They deeply probed the human mind and spirit and the connection between the two, and their spiritual practices reflected their discoveries. Due to the difference in focus and spiritual practices, the West became externally strong while the East became externally weak.

If we stay at the external level of rituals, ceremonies and concepts in worshipping God, we remain scratching the surface of life far from it's deep and inexpressible truth and beauty. To fight and struggle over this outer level of expressionism is shallow, wasteful and meaningless.

Beauty has different levels. The beauty of external religions is skin deep, whereas true beauty comes from the inside to the outside. This is the level of beauty I adore--the kind where the inner beauty radiates out to the surface, which is an expression of inner beauty. My wish is to redirect the spiritual movement of humanity and reorganize its spiritual practices through the use of this inside-out level of beauty.
