A Qigong workout for Weight Wellness developed by Dr. Mao Shing Ni, that affects your metabolism positively. This qigong can lead to weight loss OR gain - in other words - normalizing the weight and metabolism for your individual body. It also maintains your normal metabolism. This Qigong is designed to bring your body & mind into a state of health & harmony. These metabolism boosting exercises transform stress into a sustainable energy. This practice includes breath work, self-massage of acupressure points & meditation harmonizing the inner organ systems, and is very enjoyable.
