on the date of scheduled form. They are meant to give the student an opportunity to train, study and work with a small group in a beautiful
rural mountain setting in Southern Oregon and to allow the student to briefly retreat from the modern world to focus on self-cultivation as taught
by the Ni Family Integral Way tradition. These immersions are oriented towards those who lack the opportunity to learn the longer forms
of these movement arts with the benefit of personal instruction. Classes will be held both indoors and outdoors depending on the weather.
Meals will be coordinated by Amira Kusala, College of Tao Mentor and Dean of Integral Nutrition Institute.
The food preparations will be simple and conducive to spiritual cultivation, leaning toward plant-based meals
that may include eggs, with a larger lunch and lighter dinner.
