Arrival and Departure

I will be arriving and departing from AVL Airport and request a shuttle pickup.

I will be arriving and departing from CLT Airport and would like to participate in possible rental car sharing.

I have this handled and will be arriving and departing by other means.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations before March 20th, we offer a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.

After March 20th, to accommodate the retreat facility, we can provide a 25% refund. (Extenuating circumstances can be considered and must be provided in writing, as soon as known, via email to Sue Sullivian collegeoftao@gmail.com)
